Yasmin tablet causing nausea

Hi doctor my gynaecologist has prescribed me yasmin tablet it's been 5 days I'm taking it but as soon as I wake up morning it causes nausea and headache types for 30 min to 1 hr after I wake up . Is it side effect or is my body taking time adjust Is there a remedy for it

Yes it can be due to tablet, nothing to worry, it may subside once you get adjusted to that... If after a wk also your symptoms persist consult your doctor once. Meanwhile you take plenty of fluids daily, more than 3 litres of water.
