Sir,Madam Simply..what is the main sign of lower left back pain...right side good but...my lower left back pain...no hard pain,but i feel pain little little pain evrytime..

It may be of many cause. May be from renal stone, may be due to hard work, may be sitting posture etc. Better, consult some doctor first.
