Hello there. I can understand your concern. You might be intolerant to gluten. You can have gluten free wheat flour. If you are overweight, you need to lose weight. Avoid too much of carbohydrates. Your diet should basically be low carbohydrate, high protein and high fiber diet. For proteins you must have -pulses, milk, eggs etc. For high fiber - cabbage, broccoli, and other greens and vegetables. Avoid processed foods like maida and stuff made out of maida altogether. This much shall be enough. If it still persists, Consult a gastroenterologist. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
