I have started taking 1 pill of Fish oil Capsules by Muscleblaze which are of 1000mg and containing 300 mg EPA+DHA. I take them after my workout in the evening. I also eat food rich in Omega 3 like almonds (1 handful), walnuts (1 handful) and flaxseeds(1 table spoons). So, should I cut down on anything or everything is fine?
