Hi from four weeks I am getting till 100 almost every evening, loss of appetite, loose motions and now maybe I am getting cough also?

Montuk test,  x ray chest pa view with reporting/ HRCT CHEST advisable, ct scan abdomen. By history it seems to be KOCH'S disease.
