23 F- I have this weird pain in the inner bottom area of my right breast the area which is almost at the end , it is painful to press and gives me a shooting pain when i move. A gynac already examined my breasts one week ago and said no ultrasound needed, but the pain hasn’t gone away. Pls note that this pain originated because i pressed my breast really hard while doing a self check, can that cause this soreness and pain for more than a week?
