My current weight is 72kgs. I'm trying diet but due to vacation I couldn't sleep at night & my entire routine is disrupted due to which without even eating much I'm gaining weight. I could sleep after 4am at night. My another issue is I tried weight loss regime last year & lost 15kgs but I'm only able to lose weight and not fat. My body doesn't show any fat loss. Can you suggest me what needs to be done?

Healthy afternoon Poor sleep is strongly linked to weight gain. If you’re to lose weight, the amount of sleep you get can be just as important as diet and exercise.
