Wasp bite yesterday morning

Yesterday I got wasp bite, i immediately cleaned it and took antihistaminic (cetrizine) and ibuprofen. Yesterday in evening when I saw there was pustule at the site of bite. I drained it with sterilzed needle and applied mupirocin. Today ie after 24 hrs it looks like this. Do I need antibiotic.
