Warm hands and feet with uneasy feeling

Half of the time in the day,  My hand and feet remain quite warm with uneasy feeling but no fever in thermometer. My sugar is normal, suffer from hyper tension. I was infeted with bacterial infection brucella mellentesis 2 years back and covid 6 months back. My kidney, lever,ESR test results are normal too. Please help me with solution to overcome from this condition.
