I am 13 weeks pregnant. Dr prescribed me to stop Duphastone and folic acid tab and start Iron, calcium and tidilan tab after my NT Scan report. In nt scan report placenta findings posterior Covering Os. So my que is can i continue 1 time duphastone in mrng and 1 Tidilan Tab at night??? Is there any side effects of taking both drugs together???

You can take duphastone and tidilan together. No side effects. But better to follow your doctor’s advice.
