Walking ability-Hypertension

My mother has hypertension for last 15+ years. BP remains 160+ most of the time. She is taking 1 Metosartan 25 daily. From last 9 Months her walking ability degraded drastically and is unable to balance her body. She fell down many times during this period. I got her blood test done yesterday but before the report came in she fell again in the morning today when tried to get up from the bed and injured near her eye and nose. I am attaching her test report wherein her hemoglobin is low, KFT is elevated. I checked her BP upper range was 190 before todays medicine for bp. She doesn't have diabetes but the sample was taken after she has tea and 1 roti. Hemoglobin- 9.7 RBC count -3.54 Hematocrit - 34.8 MCHC -28.9 GLUCOSE -119 Vitamin D - 28.9 Vitamin B12 - 349.4 Thyroid and Lipid profile is showing normal LFT >Alkaline phosphatase- 166 other elements normal Iron profile is normal KFT> Creatinine -1.72 Urea-56.3 Uric acid- 8.1 Blood urea nitrogen - 26.3 Pls advise based this information.tks

Uncontrollable BP and frequent falls, anemia and deranged kidney function needs urgent consultation and supervised treatment for couple of days under physician or nephrologist

Recurrent fall is associated with hypertension bcoz other parameters seems to almost normal considering age .

As Blood Pressure is not under control and Hb is less,It's better to get evaluated by Physician as early as possible. This much hypertension may lead to CVA
