No solid food taken in last 12 hours. Additional information: My wife hardly does regular breakfast. Yesteraday till evening she took food. Yesterday at 9:30 pm she had tea, then said feeling no appetite and then she went for a sleep.

This might be due to acidity. Take her to a hospital and give her a injection for vomiting. Also taking tab pantodac 40 mg 30 min before food in the morning and night after this will reduce acidity
