I'd like to know what are the rules regarding voluntary Vasectomy for men who want to remain childfree ( Don't want biological kids at all ) ? Is there any undertaking or affidavit I need to make ? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Affidavit not required.. Yu can visit general surgeon or urologist. Procedure will be done on day care
