There are many reasons why you might feel fatigued and lethargic most of the time. It may be due to low carbohydrate or protein intake. I can also be due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals like vitamin B12, vitamin D, and iron deficiency.  -Vitamin B12 is important for energy production and nerve function. Low levels of this can lead to tiredness and weakness. -Vitamin D deficiency is very common. It affects bone health and can also make you feel tired and fatigued.  -Deficiency of Iron is very common amongst women. Iron helps to carry oxygen in the blood. Low iron or anemia is a major reason many women feel constantly drained. -A supplement may be needed but before starting any supplement, it is always recommended to get a blood test done to know if there is a deficiency and then treat it with the right dosage under a doctor’s guidance. -To get essential nutrients, eat a balanced diet with green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and dairy. Try to get 30 minutes of sunlight every day.

Hii in most cases it might be low hemoglobin or iron deficiency anemia. Low levels of vit D can also be the cause of this. In such cases sometimes we need to suppliment iron magnesium and vit d but we need proper diagnosis and reports  For further root cause analysis book a consultation for further details.
