Add curds and Banana in the diet and give ors after every loose motion if watery. Give syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. Continue with syp combiflam for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
