Hi Conservative management include sclerotherapy, elastic stockings, leg elevation and exercise.  surgical treatment has been vein stripping to remove the affected veins. Newer, techniques, such as ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, radiofrequency ablation and endovenous laser treatment, are available as well.
