Hi Dr. Vandana, Actually every physiotherapist has different advise for exercise. I don't know, which we should follow. Looking for the right & effective advise for my mother. It would be helpful to cover her Knees pain, back pain as well as shoulder pain. However we're using some medicines which was given by Doctor. Should I visit neurologist for this
