I want to follow vegan diet my age is 21 and my weight is 65 I have recently lost 35 kgs of weight .. can I not follow it ..

Yes you can surely follow it but hope that you are following it in correct manner becoz unless you are strictly cutting your fat and carbs u shouldn't be loosing this much weight.
