Vbac after 3.5 years gap of c section

I had c section 3.5 years back reason of c section was oligohydramnios (low afi of 3.45). Now I am 38 weeks pregnant. My concern is if i dont get natural labour pain by 40th week then is there any possibility of inducing labour through some medication? My all other factors are ok, like baby head is of ok size and it's properly downward positioned. Weight is also normal etc.
