Hi dr last year i had a microscopic varicocele surgery and afew days ago i realized some unusual enlarged veins in my scortium again.I scared and i couldn't contact my surgeon so met another urologist this morning and Doctor said you have mild varicocele again.Do i need another surgery?Does it effect my testosterone level? can i do bodybuilding?
