Valprol CR300 side effect

I'm on a daily dosage of valprol CR300 twice a day. I'm 5'9" and weigh 70kgs  currently. In a recent test, my triglyceride level has come 260. Is it because of the medicine? What are the other side affects? Can I stop this medicine? I have had two epilepsy attacks..one in August 2014 and last one in March 2015.

Hi Never stop medication unless advised by neurologist which is rare.... As attacks on discontinuation of meds are very severe in intensity...
