I got pregnancy test positive. In 5th week i got some spotting and whatever i eat i feel like going to bathroom . In 5th week i went to scan as it was spotting and scan report said no sac seen and early gestation and followup scan after 2 weeks and i am in 7th week till that brown bleeding is there .. little amount not to soak pad but little amount when i pee . I am worried whether it is miscarriage,  they gave progwyn 200 and sysfol activ for pregnancy.
