I have done my urine routine everything is normal except pus and epithelial cells I am also taking antibiotics but will it not kill my good bacteria what should I do to keep good bacteria

Hello Dear, The antibiotics for UTI will not interfere with the good bacteria. Besides, the good bacteria live in the intestines. Anyways if you have any acidity or diarrhea problem, you can take Tablet Rantac 150 twice a day till the antibiotic is on and it will reduce your symptoms.
