Yes, Urilitho tablet and syrup are generally safe if prescribed by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor. They are often used to help flush small kidney stones and support urine flow. Since you have a 3mm kidney stone, that could be the reason for repeated UTI and flank pain.
Next Steps
Repeat urine test and USG after 1 month to check improvement. If the stone doesn't pass naturally, you may need further treatment.
Health Tips
Drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily. Avoid very spicy, salty, and oily foods. Include coconut water in your diet. Don’t hold urine for long. Pass urine frequently.

URLITHO tablet and syrup are commonly used Ayurvedic medicines for kidney stones and urinary tract issues. Generally, they are safe when prescribed by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor. However, since you have a persistent UTI and a kidney stone, it’s important to follow up regularly and get proper evaluation. Please continue under your doctor’s guidance and consult online if symptoms persist or worsen.

Firstly, share the usg report diagnosis because it seems to be a case of hydronephrosis due to which you get recurring uti and proper history should be given to the doctor about and bleeding or nature of pain, frequency of pain etc.
Next Steps
1- Stay Hydrated 2- Drink plenty of water also use lemon with water to maintain your urine ph so that further formation of stone not happens.

By asking this you are showing that you don't have trust on the dr you visited.  Better ask this question to the same dr you visited.
