USG REPORT EXPLANATION

My USG report says that - Uterus is normal in size with homogeneous echotexture. No myometrial SOL is seen. Endometrial echo is central and normal in thickness (5.2mm).Cervix is normal. Uterus measures - 80.9mm*52.0mm*35.1mm. No evidence of SOL or collection is seen in Adnexa. Both the ovaries are normal in size,shape and echotexture.No SOL is seen.Rt Ovary measures - 29.0mm*16.2mm*9.9mm (volume - 2.4ml). Lt Ovary measures - 27.2mm*19.5mm*18.5mm ( volume - 5.2ml). No evidence of free fluid is seen in POD. Impression - Normal Study. My only queries is that I am pregnant or not? Please tell me about my report, I am really confused.Please help.
