Iam using medicines for some pshychiatric problem daily half tablet. Night after food with water. "Oltha plus" my question is can i take tablet immediately after food? or should i give any gap after food???? ......Why iam asking this because.......some body told me Don't drink water immediately after meals......but we have to take tablets with water how??????
