Prostrate gland enlarged 5×5 .5.wt 69 gms .residual urine 55 ml. Micturition is bit slow and dropping at the end and taking time for urination. Dr prescribed silofast d8 for 1 month. How long I have to take this medicine. This medicine is very costly. What is the alternative of this medicine. Please say about side effects.
