Urgently need guidance

My father is 47 yrs and his weight is around 50kg and height is 5'5. Yesterday he got paralysis attack at around 9:45pm. We took him to the sehgal nursing home , paschim vihar and doctor told us that he got bleeding in his brain .please find the attached MRI and guide us what to do further. Currently Dr. V k arora sir is handling this case.. please doctors need ur replies

There is a bleeding in the left side of brain. This is most likely due to high blood pressure. Fortunately the bleeding is not big enough to need surgery. The treatment is by controlling of bood pressure. Vigrous exercises and physiotherapy is needed for the weakness which will gradually improve with time. There may be speech involvement due to the left side of the brain.
Next Steps
Let the docotrs treat him and once he is discharged he needs to be on physiotherapy and strict control of blood pressure is must
