Unwanted thoughts
I am about to get into puberty. That I noticed since my 7th grade. I didn't want it to happen. So, my inner soul said that if I start crushing my b***s it might not happen. I started doing it and taking heavy diet eating only once in a week. Not even water, I drink in this entire week. I have lost 15 kgs. Am I affected with any mental disorders?
Puberty must come in its usual time.U cant resist it.
But why u want to resist it , it is not clear to me.
This may be a misconception or false information regarding puberty.
Now it may not be a psychological problems but in later it might developed.
Consult Psychologist or Me and take proper Mental Health Management.
