I m 40 yrs old having sensation like needle pricking in whole body along with whole body pain n dissyness most of the times during the day.Consulted a nuearologist. Ttaking Acegaba nt400 makes me feel very weak and& dizzy. I feel as if my whole body is not responding.

Hello..... Dizziness, nauseating feeling are the common  side-effects associated with  these tablets..  It should  subside otherwise you have to consult  your doctor and as for alternative medicine.... For time being you better  stop  that medicine.. Consult  your neurologist..
