I'm Gyanendra Pandey and I'm 20 years old. I wanna join CAPF but I'm unable to fulfill criteria... According to my age and height my weight should be 59 minimum but I'm 50.2kg I tried everything to gain weight but nothing had happened... Kindly suggest me something to gain weight
