Ultrasound report

I am 54 year old male. I drink occasionally once in two weeks or maybe months . I used to smoke a lot for almost 23 years . But it has been two years I don't smoke at all. I am overweight. My ultrasound shows 170.0 mm length liver . Parenchymal echogenecity is increased in general. Hepatomegaly with Grad 2 fatty change . What should I do ? Please guide me.

No SMOKING. Occasional drinking in mild to moderate amt is o..k (occasions shud be occasional). Exercise, diet and loose weight

whatever damage happened due to smoking and acohol cannot be reversed. so maintain healthy life style and minimum exercise daily. get a complete health checkup yearly once. stop alcohol completely
