Hi, Giving Ultracet and meftal 500 together is not a good idea. In fever you might have joint pains, bodyache but try to avoid pain killers unless at most needed and that too under prescription of doctor. You can use topical ointment like voveran or voilini. For fever only paracetamol tablet 500mg is enough and if fever is persistent then you should see to a physician. Hope this might be helpful to you.
