Ubiquinol active form of coq 10
I am 44 years female. Amh is 0.99 For first time IVF stimulation I took coenzyme Q10 300mg ubideceronone per day for 60 days. Other supplements were methyl folate, b6, b12, calcium, d3, zinc and iron. 2 eggs were retrieved on 14/10/25. 1 MII which formed c grade embryo. I want to try for second ivf stimulation.So will it be better for me to take ubiquinol active form of Coq 10 this time? What is the effective dosage?
Yes you can take active form
But the difference in results are not significant as the embryo quality depends primarily on your age .
If it's affordable for you than go for it if not ubiquinone does the job .take one tab for 3 months
