I had tests 5 days ago n i m under treatment of typhy dot IGg and IGM, i am taking Cefixime 200 mg 2 times a day, Tricàne, enzyme plus Dolo for my fever. Now i m in the 5th day of treatment, i am working in night shift now from 11 to 8:30 in da morning, the problem which I'm facing is gas pumping from my chest n body pain especially when fever comes. And also headache and now my saliva is sticky n my tongue gets dirty easily. Is the treatment is good enough? could you please suggest for what to eat based on my work shift? Medicine taking time? Any other Suggestions? Thanking you!!!

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You havent mentioned if you still have fever. Also what do you mean by gas pumping from chest? You can take a cap. Pan-L half an hour before food once a day for 3 days. Continue the other medications as suggested by yiur doctor.  Dolo can be taken for pain also. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management
