Trying for pregnancy after ectopic

May 2019 I did IUI was pregnant with twins their heartbeats stopped and had to do abortion in Aug 2019 . Second time IUI I had ectopic in Nov 2019. We did not try for baby since then . Now we want but I am confused as well as scared . Do not understand what to do ?
