Trigeminal Neuralgiac Pain

Hi Doctors, TLDR; Want to know nonsurgical treatment for TN if allergic to Carbamazepine. My mother was prescribed an anticonvulsant Tegrital 200 for trigeminal neuralgia a few months ago. But immediately she felt dizzy and had headaches. She stopped the medication but 2 days after that she started developing hives all over her body including torso, face & limbs. It was a severe allergic reaction to Carbamazepine, but during that time there was no Trigeminal pain. She has recovered from the allergy but now TN has come back more severely. 1. Is there another alternative medication to help TN except for Carbamazepine? 2. Which specialist can help? Pain management, ENT, Physio or Neurologist? 3. What can she do for immediate relief? Pain killers don't seem to help. She's taken Tramazac 50mg and she gets almost intoxicated but the pain stays
