Treatment for  adenomyosis

Hello my periods are normal but very pain full after ultrasound i got to know i m have adenomyosis .i saw to two different dr with two different advice .one say to remove uterus other said there is treatment for i don't know which to go with .. please advise me what to do there is treatment or not for it .how long will it take to cure .i have attached my report

Only treatment for adenomyosis is surgery to remove uterus...any other medications vll help u temporarily...

The difference in the advice of two Doctors is whether you value your uterus (in spite of having completed your family) or not.  If you want to retain your uterus you should be prepared for heavy doses of Progesterone for a long time. If you go for complete surgery then you will not need long term Medical treatment.
