Can I get Genital herpes from my own cold sore. I’ve had a cold sore for about a week and now the tip of my penis is burning. Is it possible that I transferred it there. I don’t remember getting a cold sore outside my mouth but I remember having them on my tongue. Does that mean my body has antibodies for it traveling?
