Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The black part of the blood clot. You need to get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  As of now, take a tab. Zerodol-sp twice a day after food for 5 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hi, sorry to hear about it. As you tell that there is blackness on middle toe it seems like injury was of moderate degree. Apply some ice for pain releif.
Next Steps
If swelling is associated with very painful movement its better to do an Xray and show to orthopedic doctor.
