Hello, yes you can lose weight. You need to have inner motivation and consistency in following these steps to lose weight. You need to concentrate on these things to lose weight. 1)diet- instead of 3 big meals eat 5 small meals a day, it controls the hunger. Avoid all junk and only foods, eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water .
