It is a case of acute calculus cholecystitis. If blood investigation is normal and liver function tests are in normal range, then we can plan for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
There is one option of interval cholecystectomy after 6 weeks but according to literature we can plan for cholecystectomy immidiately
