Tinnitus, Muffled sounds and ear fulness

From almost an year I am having mil tinnitus in my left ear which I am used to. What is bothering me is I am hearing muffled sound when hearing loud noises. It is like clicking sound. Sometimes happens in left and sometimes in right ear. I have visited few doctors and have been diagnosed of allergy. was prescribed nasal sprays etc. Not sure whether it really helped. There is no hearing loss as such,

GO  TO ENT SPECIALIST FOR CONSULTATION HE REMOVED WAX IF IT IS THEIR. MAY YOUR SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR OTHERWISE GIVE YOU PROPER SUGGESTION WHAT TO DO. TILL THAN TABLET MONTAIR,--LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS NORFLOX EAR DROPS THREE TIMES A DAY LOCALLY. TABLET TYLENOL 650 HALF TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY. OR AS REQUIRED. O.K, BYE.
