There was a tinge of blood in my cough in the morning when i was taking the cough out. It has been 2 days. Only cough and no other symptoms. Coough is usually yellow in colour.

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. lower respiratory tract infection should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
