I get good erection its enough long n broad but I have lots of popping nerves on my penis also the vein underneath my penis is very broad n each time I sex I find my underneath vein moves sideways n my penis is tilted sideways so now its tilted so much towards left n vein also moved along can v get rid of nerves n str8
