Hi, my name is tanushree age 22years/ Female i have just found that i have thyroid problem with high TSH i. e 27.72 and anti TPO 576IU/ml these are the test report its will help you solve my problem. My doctor just given one medicine and said what ever you want and at this i'am gaining to much weight and all the time feeling unhappy and tired. please suggest some expert advise what should i eat and what not and what else i can do to make it normal i sure not only medicine will help me i will not going to taking care on these things. hope you will help me with best advise and also tell me what medication is best for thyroid ayurvedic , allopathic or homeopathic.
