My TSH is coming 5.170 against the range of .250 to 5.350. hence my eye brow 1/3 has removed. Same has been started in head

Hello, with a tsh of 5.7 you wouldn’t have hair loss so you need to get investigated for other autoimmune issues. Best get a video consultation. Also get tested for free t3 , free t4, complete blood count, esr, Ana by IF method.

Sir, i don't feel TSH of 5.170 can cause alopecia and shedding of eyebrows. There must be some other cause of it. Generally TSH below 10 is considered as subclinical and usually we dont need to treat it even. I would advise you to visit some dermatologist soon and get checked. Quite possibly you might be suffering from some other problem.  Additionally,  for thyroid, i would like to recommend you to go gor comeplete profile including Ft3, ft4 and follow up with reports. Also, i would like to know if there are some other symptoms,  so that i can decide if you require a treatment for hypothyroidism.
