I have feeling tiredness.last3years my platelet fall between 70000 to 90000 .in future cann i fall in serius condition. I have suffring from hepatitis b for last 20 years as it is responsible for this? I have not take any medicine for hepatitis. My viral load is8000.so i not take any medicine about hepatitis B.

Platelet can be low in hepatitis B
In case of cirrhosis or portal hypertension.
Low Viral load is not the only criteria for not starting hepatitis medicine .
You should get your ultrasound abdomen and serum Alfa feto protein done
If you have cirrhosis which is likely in your case
You will need hepatitis medications
Or else it will complicate .
