I had the best teeth in my house , they were strong and white and all admired my teeth but due to my carelessness they turned white and my gums turned black and now I really want white teeth and good and healthy gums back , So please docs tell me a way to make my teeth and gums white and healthy again at home and also I would be really pleased if the process in home remedy or at least inexpensive .
If u desire a proper whiter teeth you can go for it but before you have to go for teeth cleaning and polishing in dental clinic and then you need to buy or get a professional home bleach for teeth... But first sitting u need to get it done with the specialists dentist then he can explain you about its use.... So better do it wisely... Don't do by yourself and do the mess... Thanks
