My thumb cut down from broken beer bottle, should I take vaccination of tetanus if yes then what is the time period to take after cut.

I think you do not need a tetanus. Further, if you have ever taken tetanus within last 5 years, then you should absolutely refrain from taking any dose of tetanus now, provided your cut area is clean and not dirty
